The Immaculate Texts are the body of religious writings deemed to be the true statements and examples provided by the Immaculate Dragons themselves. The contents of the texts is broad, covering everything from metaphysical theory to ritual, social organization to efficient agricultural techniques.

Texts whose authenticity is disputed, and thus which are not deemed part of the canon Immaculate texts by the Palace Sublime, are instead considered to make up the Immaculate apocrypha. Texts produced by members of the Immaculate Order in the eras after the Immaculate Dragons had departed are not considered to be 'Immaculate Texts', but rather Immaculate commentaries.
