Birch-Bound mushrooms are a fungi originating from the land of Linowa, where they grow in a symbiotic relationship with birch trees. They have white flesh and grey-brown caps.
Birch-Bound mushrooms are popular in cooking, used like many fungi as a substitute for meat, and also enjoyed pickled in brine or vinegar. When cooked, the flesh of Birch-Bounds turns black.
