The Tactical Annals of Chumyo Karach Nu is a military text dating from the late Dragonblooded Shogunate. It contains a number of accounts from Shogunate armies fighting against Fair Folk incursions on the edges of Creation, which some modern commanders see as useful sources of information on the nature of Fae weapons and beasts.
The text’s contents are linked by two themes: the first is that the soldiers and officers fighting the Fair Folk are competent and effective. The second is that support and reinforcement from the bureaucrats and leadership away from the front lines is severely lacking. Most savants are agreed that this demonstrates the political agenda Karach Nu pursued in publishing the text, to force reinforcement and additional resources to the armies at Creation’s edges.
The Tactical Annals of Karach Nu can be used as a manual for training a Fair Folk specialty in War, from a minimum 2 dots to a maximum 4 dots.
