The bearer of this watery, dark-blue sphere gains a special rapport with water elementals. When she summons water elementals, her spell or thaumaturgical ritual takes her only half as long and costs half as many motes of Essence (count every mote spent as two). The bearer also gains three dice for all rolls to influence water elementals, including binding or banishing them. These benefits do not apply to gods of water, though the bearer does gain one die for all rolls to influence Salt Gods.
