Girded in Fire is a text detailing the basics of construction and fitting for forged armour. Its lessons are useful, though sometimes unusual, the text seeming to assume easily availability of tools uncommon in the present age. Particularly notable are the purity of steel and alloys it mentions… the standards which are today considered ‘good quality’ in the Realm are dismissed by Obsidian Locust as too impure to be of any use in smithing.
The book can serve as a training manual for Craft (Fire) - Armorsmithing, minimum 1-dot maximum 3-dots.
