Parasol mushrooms are a type of fungi which are commonly found growing in rings, in woodlands and grassy fields. They have large caps, with shapes reminiscent of a noble's parasol, white and covered in a snakeskin-like pattern of scaly growths.
Parasol mushrooms are popular in cooking, both breaded then fried and stuffed.
