The Larimar of the Familiar Face is a replacement and adaptation for the canonical [[Stone of Recognition]], which was mechanically clunky and a little off in its causes & effects. 

The name is also more accurate (see [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larimar here] for the look of a larimar gemstone). 

The Larmiar's phrasing is itself a little awkward at present, may need another edit to clean up a little.
