Peleps Kisten is a male Water-aspected Senator of the [[House Peleps]] Deliberative caucus, and husband of fellow Senator [[Peleps Falahati]]. 

 
In legislative record, Kisten is a fiscal conservative, concerned over the ‘coddling and corruption’ he holds as inherent to the bureaucratic work of the [[Thousand Scales]].
