This ministry within the [[Thousand Scales]] is responsible for the administration and upkeep of the [[Imperial Palace]] itself, including its armies of servants, massive gardens, huge courtyards, and innumerable buildings, all of which demand great time and investment to keep in a proper state of splendor.
