The Ministry of Scrupulous Observance of History was a department of the [[Thousand Scales]] tasked with recording the Realm’s official history of Creation, linked closely with the [[Imperial Library]] and the [[Office of Censors]]. 


The Ministry’s historian-bureaucrats were responsible for noting events as they occurred according to the perspective of the Scarlet Empress and her Realm. 


The Ministry was disbanded in the massive budget cutbacks of RY765, though many of its staff were hired on by the Library to assist in the collection and cataloging of historical texts.
