This uneven stone is the blue-green colour of a tropical sea, traced with ivory bands tinged with pinks and golden yellows, reminiscent of coral. 


When it is attuned, the Gate and Tower Chrysoprase changes the sex organs of its bearer between male and female, to the opposite of their original state, in a painful transition inflicting one level of Bashing damage. This change lasts as long as the stone remains attuned, with one exception: if the bearer has taken on female sex organs and has become with child, their gender will not revert until immediately (one tick) after they have finished giving birth.   


The Gate and Tower Chrysoprase does not alter any other aspect of its bearer’s appearance, thinking, or physiology. As it does not change the essence flows of its bearer in an overall sense, it is not favoured by those seeking to perfect their own Essence, but is still considered of use by some involved with breeding programs.
