The Feast of the Mountain Court is a formal ten-course meal thought to date from the [[Shogunate Era|time of the Shogunate]], popular at the [[Shogunate|Shogunal court]] on the [[Blessed Isle]]. Only the finest ingredients were included, prepared to exacting standards. The style of dining has fallen out of favour in the present age... the [[Scarlet Empress]] was thought not to have favoured it... but some wealthy nobles continue to demand it from their chefs. It is a meal prepared by [[Lookshy]]an chefs for visiting Realm dignitaries, and is known to be favoured by the elders of [[House Tepet]] and [[House Ragara]], and by devotees of [[Jade Halberd School Cuisine]].

The drinks imbibed with the Feast vary depending on the course. With the first two and last two courses, diners enjoy cups of green [[:Category:Tea|tea]]. With the Third, Fourth, and Fifth courses they a [[Grape Wine]] is served, white and dry. With the Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth courses, a [[Rice Wine]] is served, triple-distilled and purified.
