The 22nd Imperial Legion was, along with the [[28th Imperial Legion]] and [[47th Imperial Legion]], part of the [[War with the Horn]] RY416-422, which saw the nation of [[Harborhead]] conquered and transformed into a satrapy of the Realm. 


The 22nd Imperial Legion fell under sponsorship of House Mnemon in RY764. The Legion was disbanded, most of its assets absorbed into the [[Mnemon House Guard]].
