Cynis Kitara is an air-aspected Dragonblooded, and a Magistrate within the [[Imperial Magistracy]].  A beautiful woman, Kitara is the sister of [[Cynis Dythora]], with whom she does not seem to get along. She attended primary school at the [[Academy for Cultivation of Youthful Talents]].


Kitara has served in a number of cases as Magistrate, including leading the investigation into the assassination of [[Mnemon Bata]] and assessing accusations of piracy leveled against the crew of the [[Scarlet Empress' Revenge]] on its docking at [[Vatamu]].
