Yatosin Prefecture is located in the White Coast region of the northern Blessed Isle. It is a land of picturesque white sand beaches dotted with fishing villages and resorts for the wealthy of the Scarlet Empire, with its inland reaches home to a number of ‘scroll estates’ for sorcerers seeking time in private for their research. To the west can be found [[Gleaming Sands Prefecture]].

House Ragara has the greatest Dynastic presence in the prefecture. Their [[14th Imperial Legion]] patrols the prefecture’s roads, though it does not have any fixed garrisons.

The capital is the town of Yatosin, home to a port capable of serving seagoing vessels as well as the local detachments of the [[Thousand Scales]].

Unknown to nearly all in the Realm itself, Yatosin Prefecture is home to a Yu-Shan Gateway.
