Tepet Marek Rock is a middle-aged Senator of the [[House Tepet]] caucus within the Deliberative and a graduate of the [[Spiral Academy]].

When first appointed to the Deliberative, senator Rock proposed a number of bills considered extreme by more conservative senators, including an emergency fund for peasant villages unable to make their tax payments so they could avoid being declared [[Disenfranchised]]. However over the years his views have shifted, and in debate over recent Agricultural Subsidy Bills Rock has dismissed the proposals of senator [[V'neef Tapan]] as 'the misguided extremes of youth, demanding age to temper them'. Rock has, however, continually called for investment in [[Sorcery]] and [[Magitech]] research, and since the disappearance of the [[Scarlet Empress]] has been lobbying for reforms to the [[Black Helm]]s to increase their powers and the quality of their commanders.
