A possibly-nonexistant text, said to be comprised of exerpts from the [[Tactical Annals of the Shogunate|tactical annals]] of the [[Seventh Legion]] of the Shogun during the [[Great Contagion]] and [[Fair Folk Invasion]], combined with personal notes and diary entries from the Legion’s commander chumyo [[Nefvarin]].

The official position of [[Lookshy]] is that they do not hold such a text, that it does not exist, and yet the story of it has often sent archivists sifting through the endless shelves of the General Staff archives or brotherhoods of young [[Seventh Legion]] officers on hunts across the River Province... as yet, none have borne fruit.

The [[Gens Nefvarin|descendants of Nefvarin]] also deny the text’s existence as such, instead claiming that the Tactical Annals of Chumyo Nefvarin are not recorded in words, but exist in the very nature and structure of [[Lookshy]].
