They are considered beautiful creatures, their hermaphroditic natures another reason for summoners to seek them out as lovers, and while they might not embrace such a state they are not so willful or demanding as a [[Nymph]], though they are more easily frightened. However, in addition to being employed as spirit concubines, sylphs are known for the beauty of their dancing, which they perform in flight, spinning and leaping to guide the movement of the surrounding breezes.
