Sheda is the god of Palanquins, sedan chairs, and other such human-borne conveyances, serving on the [[Board of Trade]] within the [[Bureau of Humanity]]’s [[Department of Universal Human Affairs]].

In appearance, Sheda appears as a portly man bedecked in fine silks and heavy jewelry, his fingers ending in lacquered nails which extend several feet and his feet collapsed around each other to a width no thicker than his ankles. Lacking the balance to walk, the god is borne everywhere in Yu Shan on a chair mounted on the back of [[Enduringly Stable Foundation]], god of palanquin-bearers.

Opportunistic, Sheda has long been a supporter of the weathy aristocrats who ensure his purview spreads throughout Creation, and is particularly fond of the Dragonblooded of the [[Scarlet Dynasty]]… he is far less supportive of the [[Immaculate Order]], decrying the regulations of the [[Prayer Calendar]] and indulging in corruption… in exchange for prayer and sacrificial offerings, Sheda has blessed several Dynastic palanquins, assuring they move with particular speed and comfort.
