Ragara Calel Leril is an Earth-aspected Senator of [[House Ragara]]'s Deliberative caucus, one of the three Triumvirs who lead it (along with [[Ragara Jintao]] and [[Ragara Agares]]. Daughter of [[Ragara Calel]] and granddaughter of prince [[Ragara]], Leril is married to fellow Senator [[Ragara Bomgata]] and has mothered a brood of offspring over the centuries, including [[Ragara Dendas]] and [[Ragara Fernguli]].

Leril's voting record shows her to be House loyalist, conservative when it comes to major legislative changes. Surprising to some, this includes opposing deregulation of banking and accounting, industries where she has significant personal interests.
