Peleps Drachnya is an unExalted Dynast serving in the [[4th Imperial Legion]], as talonlord commanding the 5th Dragon 2nd Wing 2nd Talon. Prior to RY763, she served in the [[12th Imperial Legion]], but was transferred to the 4th after disciplinary action which followed the flaying of several peasants in the [[Lap]].

In the [[Campaign against the Anathema-Voivode]], Drachnya's performance was well-regarded, receiving commendations for bravery against the barbarians of [[Azerban]], though her record also shows criticism for the low number of viable slaves recovered by her unit.

Drachnya is unbetrothed.

She attended the [[Grand Salon of Ascendant Ever-Victorious Heroism]] on RY768 AW23.
