Held to commemorate the day of the Imperial Proclamation, that text was recited loudly in school houses and ministries, while the Great Houses presented the Empress with lavish gifts in honour of her past victories against those who dared defy the might of the Realm. In her beneficence, the Empress even granted the least of society, the Disenfranchised, leave to approach the temples of Sextes Jylis in hope the Wood Dragon might find them worthy of healing before their current incarnations had passed.

Since her disappearance, this day has rapidly become muted and in present days sees little save an increase in penitents at the temples of Sextes Jylis and a few local Legion talons taking to the boulevards with banners unfurled.
