The Palace of Pirouetting Petals is situated on extensive grounds, bounded to the south by the [[Earth Dragon Road]] and to the west by [[Sentinel's Hearth]]. Its associated fields also extend east to nearly encircle the [[House of Noble Earth]].

The Palace itself is located on the eastern side of the property, with most of the western area rented to tenant farmers for the growth of [[Marijuana]] bound for the incense burners and baked goods of the [[Imperial City]]. Etina has been increasing the rental fees she collects from her tenants to cover the costs of hosting large galas, due to decreases in [[House Cynis]] revenues elsewhere, and many tenants are barely earning enough to support themselves once rent is taken away.
