Mnemon Tarlok is a Senator of House Mnemon's Deliberative caucus and twin brother of [[Mnemon Sablok]]. He graduated the [[Spiral Academy]] and spent much of his youth serving as an accountant within the [[Thousand Scales]], before appointment to the Senate.

He is known to have a dispute with his brother over the balance of loyalty, family, and [[Immaculate|faith]], with Tarlok holding obedience to princess [[Mnemon]] above all. This is reflected in his voting record, though he is considered a seat-warmer with little legislation of note emerging on his own initiative.
