''Mela's Raiment in Chromatic Feathers and Silver Scales'' is an ancient wonder from a long forgotten age, intricately wrought from jade and moonsilver. It is a brooch in the iconic form of a silver owl, wings and eyes accents of blue jade, its talons a clever clasp that can bear an resonant hearthstone. Due to the nature of its magics it can extrude think moonsilver bands to serve as a lanyard for bearing the artifact as an amulet, or thin ribbons for placement as a hair ornament.

The bearer of the enchanted moonsilver owl can conjure clothes of any fabric, color, weave and design they can imagine with but a touch of the amulet. These clothes are more durable that silk, woven of threaded moonsilver and essence, and are equivalent to light armor while far more discreet. In addition the clothes are as silent as an owl hunting at night, aiding in stealth as well the more obvious benefit to disguise.

While a relic such as the Raiment must have a long and storied history stretching to the First Age, its current owner is the foppish playwright Shinjo of House Ledaal. Lady V'neef Mahara, patron of art within the Imperial City, gave the priceless amulet to Shinjo to commerate his first play shown for Dynastic high society at her Gala of Perfected Performance. It is an Infinite Resplendence Amulet (DoTFA, Lords of Creation, page 97-98) with the standard jade bonuses for a hearthstone socket.
