Locust Spire Prefecture is a landlocked administrative division of the southeastern Blessed Isle. It is bordered to the southwest by [[High Tower Prefecture]] and Lake Frothtide, fed by the Roaring Waters River descending from the slopes of the Isle’s central mountains.

== Economy ==

The economy of Locust Spire Prefecture is concentrated on rice farming, its landscape coated in a patchwork of rice paddies (around a low central plateau). Locust Spire is also a major producer of alcoholic beverages derived from rice.
