The Feast of the Mountain Court is a formal ten-course meal thought to date from the time of the Shogunate, popular at the Shogunal court on the Blessed Isle. Only the finest ingredients were included, prepared to exacting standards. The style of dining has fallen out of favour in the present age… the Scarlet Empress was thought not to have favoured it… but some wealthy nobles continue to demand it from their chefs. It is a meal prepared by Lookshyan chefs for visiting Realm dignitaries, and is known to be favoured by the elders of House Tepet and House Ragara.
