Cynis Falen Svanad is a Senator of the [[House Cynis]] caucus in the Deliberative. Svanad is unapologetically open in his love of beautiful men and fine jewelry… his taste for both is well regarded by fellow members of high society, for it is said a life in the Capital and the [[Palace of Trees]], joined to youthful escapades in [[Great Forks]] and as a [[Scavenger Lord]], have served to refine his eye on such matters. A particular treasure, which he wears prominently but protectively as a constant part of his panoply, is the [[Ring of Tu Yu]].

In voting, those inclined to be generous term him 'flighty but compassionate', traits which could as easily be applied to his everyday demeanour. Svanad has been passionately critical of overly oppressive actions towards the common folk of the Realm, as well as of 'military adventurism'.
