The Court of Tireless Treadings is a terrestrial spirit court, whose members are gods of roads, trade routes, sea lanes, and other courses of travel across Creation. While not all such gods are members of the Court, many are, for routes of travel grow in import and scope as they connect to one another.

The gods of the Court operate under the aegis of the [[Bureau of Humanity]]’s Department of Human Habitations. While they were not amongst the courts that militantly opposed Heaven's return after the [[Balorian Crusade]], and are known for the welcome diligence of their paperwork submitted to superiors in [[Heaven]], much of the practical work done by Creation's road gods takes place informally through the Court rather than through formal projects of the Department. The Court also maintains friendly relations with the Division of Journeys in the [[Bureau of Destiny]], though here some cracks appear in its friendly relations... while the gods of roads in the Court are happy friends of [[Ruvia]] god of roads, the gods of sea routes, tree paths, canals, and the like often feel that the celestial spirit whose domain matches their own would be a far better candidate for captaincy of the [[Golden Barque]].

In addition to regular meetings between individual members, the Court assembles near-entirely once a year during [[Calibration]], in a sanctum just outside the [[Imperial City]], for the [[Banquet of Tireless Treadings]]
