Cathak Milen is a Senator of the [[House Cathak]] caucus in the Deliberative, husband of fellow Senator [[Ledaal Soreli]] and father to a household including talonlord [[Ledaal Badfta]] of the [[4th Imperial Legion]].

In voting record, Milen is undistinguished and rather boring, preferring time spent on the hunt (usually [[Boar]] on [[Scarlet Prefecture]] hunting preserves but also including service as shikari for the [[Wyld Hunt]]) to time on the floor for debate and casting his vote. However, since the disappearance of the [[Scarlet Empress]] he has responded to pressure from caucus Chair [[Cathak Abel]] and maintained stable attendance for voting in the Senate.
