But for some, departure is a more permanent affair… such expatriate Dynasts are those who have been sent into exile and barred from returning, through overt proclamation or unspoken plot, by the [[Scarlet Empress]] or the Houses of the Dynasty. A small number even make the choice to declare rejection of the Realm and fight hard against those who try and force their return.
