The Division of Secrets is the bureaucracy of [[Jupiter]], based in the [[Forbidding Manse of Ivy]] and directed by the Keeper of Secrets. It is concerned with destinies of knowledge, of understanding and ignorance rising and falling at their proper times. The work of the Division also concerns knowledge itself, maintaining one of Yu-Shan’s most extensive collections of information. Ostensibly, this information exists to assist the rest of the Bureau in its work, and for consultation by other organs of the Celestial Bureaucracy, but in practice the Division of Secrets shares knowledge through an occluded process and its own schedule, with few outsiders able to secure just what they seek.

The Mistress of Secrets is [[Jupiter]], and the current Keeper of Secrets is [[Nara-O]] of the Hundred Veils. The [[Yuanzhang]] of [[The Guardians]], [[The Key]], [[The Mask]], [[The Sorcerer]], and the [[The Treasure Trove]] serve under its aegis, as do the [[Sidereal Exalted]] [[Chosen of Secrets]].

The Division contains a byzantine maze of sub-divisions and offices, more in line with the other Bureaus in the [[Celestial Bureaucracy]] than its fellow Divisions in the [[Bureau of Destiny]]. These include [[Index]], the [[Sub-Division of Divine Resource Supervision]], the [[Sub-Division of Undiscovered Mysteries]], and [[Depatment 137]].
